Planning tasks for the cleaning team for subsequent periods of time, assigning tasks, training the team, supporting the team in improving cleaning standards and helping each other, reporting to the manager on the current situation at work, checking the effectiveness of the team's work, contact with the contractor, weekly audits.
To what extent do you enjoy your programme?

It's hard for me to comment fully on this matter yet - I'm just starting this program. I still don't have full access to my Onefile profile and therefore can't fully start my daily learning. I had the opportunity to participate in the first workshop - it was quite helpful. I'm waiting for the next one.

Yes, this is my first experience of working in this position in UK, so when I started acting as a supervisor last year, at first unofficially, I learned everything from beginning, for example, how to plan and prepare weekly tasks schedule, provide support in difficult situations, react when someone does not feel well, etc.

As in the previous question, it is difficult for me to fully comment on this topic. Everything seems structured and well planned.

I can count on the support of my manager - both in transporting me to the meeting place and explaining any ambiguities when necessary.

I believe that this course will not only help me improve my competences and professional qualifications, but it will be an opportunity to improve my language skills. Thanks to this, I will feel much more comfortable in my role as a supervisor.
Are there extra-curricular activities to get involved in at your work? (For example, any social activities, sports teams, or even professional networking events.)

I have no information about this type of extra-curricular activities, nor time to engage in them during work. Last year, I initiated and prepared a joint Christmas meal and convinced the team to take part in the Secret Santa campaign. We have also become more integrated thanks to our joint creative preparation of Christmas decorations, however, this year, for various reasons, it may be difficult to continue such activities.

Why?
Our workplace is not very large, compared to other Amazon sites. We work in a small cleaning team. We received new machinery to make it easier for us to perform our daily duties.

If you are ready to work, willing to learn and determined to follow Mitie's principles and procedures - you will easily find a place for yourself here.
