I oversee site operations daily, including managing staff schedules, leading team briefings and online meetings, handling documentation, and conducting weekly client audits. I also implement new schedules, approve initial holiday requests, and perform regular equipment checks to ensure smooth and efficient onsite operations.

Yes, I’ve gained new skills by completing the Google IT Support course, which has enhanced my computer proficiency. Additionally, I became certified by the British Institute of Cleaning Science (BICSc), further developing my expertise in industry standards and best practices.

The program’s organization is fantastic, especially with the OneFile portal for managing my progress. Having a dedicated platform like OneFile to track my learning, submit journals, and complete assignments makes everything seamless and accessible. It’s a great tool that supports my growth and keeps me on top of my tasks.
