Please give an overview of your role and what this involves on a day-to-day basis:

As a Security officer i have to keep the premises safe and protect and deter any crimes that are happening within the surrounding. I have to make sure regular patrols ae done and look out for any vulnerabilities. CCTV monitoring and writing incident reports are part of regular activity. Also training new staff and going through online learning is a regular part of my job

It’s very well organised. The program structure was excellent and training provided by my coach was above and beyond. Really enjoyed throughout the whole apprenticeship. Beilliant in all aspects!!
How much support do you receive from your employer?

Employers really supported me from Ay one. My Line Manager was really helpful and he supported me throughout my apprenticeship in everyway possible.
How much support do you receive from your training provider when working towards your qualifications?

Full support was provided by Learnmore throughout the duration of apprenticeship. Excellent through training was provided with great learning skills. Really liked the way they taught me. Gained practical hands on experience in the workshops they conducted. Also the English and Maths Functional Skills were highly effective.
How well do you feel that your qualification (through your training provider) helps you to perform better in your role?

With this apprenticeship qualification i perform my job in a much better and productive way and apply new skills and techniques that i learnt as a part of my training.
Are there extra-curricular activities to get involved in at your work? (For example, any social activities, sports teams, or even professional networking events.)

We got team building exercises and professional networking events to meet senior professionals in the industry.
