My role is assisting my team and supporting them to be able to produce quotes to issue to clients for fire and security systems.

I thoroughly enjoyed the apprenticeship, learning new skills and developing existing ones, learning new techniques and different ideas from thinkers

I learned lots of new skills and techniques to deal with day to day work load as well as bigger projects, managing my team and other stakeholders

The programme was very well structured I knew when all of my workshops were and my EPA etc.

My apprenticeship has helped me move into my new role as team leader much more smoothly than had I have not done the apprenticeship and managing the changes that are currently on going.
