My role is a security supervisor in a healthcare environment at a busy Hospital in Dudley
To what extent do you enjoy your programme?

though the programme was difficult to fit in with my working life, the tutors managed to accommodate for a busy working life and really tried hard to work with me to help complete the course

Have you learnt any new skills or developed existing skills?

Yes, i have learnt about a number of management duties and responsibilities, as well as encouraging and building a more productive team
Structure and Support
How well organised/structured is your programme?

its very well organised, it was sometimes difficult to attend a number of the meetings due to last minute cancellation through work, or being unable to attend, but they make sure you can go through the meeting by recording the meeting and you being able to play it back to learn what was missed.
How much support do you receive from your employer?

i received a great amount of support from my employer, they reduced my workload to compensate for the course.
How much support do you receive from your training provider when working towards your qualifications?

i received a lot of support and guidance all through the course

knowing what i know now it helps me understand my job role better as well as understand the transparency of my company.

there are a number of extra activities with Mitie, but not a lot of access or understanding put through to the teams
