I make sure that the staff and customers of Sainsbury's are safe during the course of their business. I also ensure the property and items in the store are well ta kk en care of. I do my best to deter shoplifters and ensure the store runs smoothly and peacefully.

Yes, my communication skills have improved. I do understand what goes on between the internal and external stakeholders of the company. I do understand the essence of good team work and collaboration. I know it is good to ensure there is equality, respect and diversity among my team.
