Store detective , preventing losses for our clients at Sainsbury’s across South West, tackling organised crimes, making sure everyone’s safe and secure at work place. Engaging with local police and senior managers for intelligence gathering and monitoring criminals across regions.
To what extent do you enjoy your programme?

Since started my apprenticeship I’ve developed so many skills and behaviours, I’m more confident in holding meetings and managing teams, able to do problem solving, managing my time and energy efficiently, developed personal and professional skills.

Since my apprenticeship, I’m more organised with my day -to-day job, more confident with finishing tasks allocated to me, signally or as a group, more organised on daily tasks by prioritising more important tasks first , well adapted my communications with individuals and groups meetings.
How much support do you receive from your employer?

I’ve been supported by my line manager throughout my apprenticeship journey, he helped me with my skills within my organisation. Most of all my tutor helped me through this journey by developing my skills knowledge and behaviour.
How much support do you receive from your training provider when working towards your qualifications?

My training provider is one of the most amazing person to help me through this journey by developing my skills knowledge and behaviour, she also thought me how to develop my personal and professional skills, she put 110% to help me every moment of this journey, I can’t thank her enough for this amazing experience and achievement.
