I am security officer works for Mitie Ltd and my place of posting is ARGOS RDC Bedford, my daily role is to maintain secure environment for everyone on site and welcoming the visitors on site and communicate with warehouse management regarding the security issues.

How well organised/structured is your programme?

This training program is very well organised, we have to attend monthly workshops and at the end of workshop we are assigned weekly tasks. This is perfect example of task management.

Mitie is very helping and supporting company and especially my manager is very helping and supporting, he always understands my needs and helps me, as well as my sponsor

My workplace coach is super amazing, I am very happy being her student, but when it comes to overall little bit disappointed with maths teacher and also overall the management does not seem to be helping as I request for exemption from English on the basis my level 7 degrees from Uk.
