I work as a security officer for Mitie Ltd and my place of posting is ARGOS RDC Bedford, I am responsible all the security matters at my site and this training is helping me a lot in my daily work routine.
To what extent do you enjoy your programme?

I am enjoying my program and most importantly my workplace coach is super amazing coach, she is always here to help for hours and hours with full passion and dedication, her support and help is the biggest motivation for me during the course.

Have you learnt any new skills or developed existing skills?

Yes I have learnt a lot of new skills e.g. Supporting your self-development, Effective Presentations and Communication, Understanding of organisational strategy and culture, Controlling and Allocating Resources
Structure and Support
How well organised/structured is your programme?

My programme is very well structured and this is managed by our workplace coach, first we have to attend the workshop on monthly basis and then our coach assign us different task relevant to that workshop on weekly basis.
How much support do you receive from your employer?

I work for Mitie and all the management is very supportive about the course and they are always helping and supporting, my Operations Manager is the most amazing Boss, he always supports and helps me for my course.
How much support do you receive from your training provider when working towards your qualifications?

They are very helping, I just have one concerns that I have done Level 7 masters degrees from UK, they are Law degrees but done in English language from UK, still I did not get exemption from my English exams.
How well do you feel that your qualification (through your training provider) helps you to perform better in your role?

I am fully sure and committed that this training is big booster for me to get more higher role in my career in near future.
