I did a level 2 management course for Toolstation as a supervisor. I wanted to acknowledge my tutor [This section of the comment has been removed by a member of the Higherin Team because it did not meet our site terms and conditions] for all the help and support he provided throughout my assessments. He kept me going through it and both personally and professionally
To what extent do you enjoy your programme?

How I didn’t need to primarily focus around my current job sector and could use different experiences from my previous jobs to link it into the topic I was studying at that time.

It’s very clearly planned out and have regular meetings with the tutor to discuss any issues and have a catch up about the section you may be on
How much support do you receive from your employer?

My employer ensures I had plenty of in house studying time on shift and made sure there was enough staff to enable myself to not be bothered for an hour or two

I could not have achieved the grade that I did without my trainers help. How well do you feel that your qualification (through your training provider) helps you to perform better in your role?

I have a greater understanding for the role that I am in. I am able to rationalise actions in a more professional manner than I normally would
