Overview of Role

Please give an overview of your role and what this involves on a day-to-day basis:
4/5
I work to help modernize an old system for my client and help test the false and true cases of validation outputs to make sure it is all correct and ready to move to the new system. I use python, with libraries such as pandas, and SQL mainly to achieve this.
To what extent do you enjoy your programme?
3/5
I enjoy the day to day work aspect alot since my team is friendly and helpful if I have questions but I do not enjoy the university aspect since the assignments are unclear and I feel that they are unfairly marked.

Skills Development

Have you learnt any new skills or developed existing skills?
4/5
Yes I have developed my programming skills and am learning SQL

Structure and Support

How well organised/structured is your programme?
3/5
The work on the company side is very well structured but the uni work is not and is not paced well to be optimal for learning
How much support do you receive from your employer?
4/5
My employer is very supportive, although some coworkers may give me tasks above my skillset as an apprentice, it is challenging in a good way usually
How much support do you receive from your training provider when working towards your qualifications?
2/5
They do not support very well, the teaching is very disorganized and difficult to understand therefore we struggle on assignments and then the marking is also very up and down.
How well do you feel that your qualification (through your training provider) helps you to perform better in your role?
1/5
What I learn at university does not really correlate to what I do for my job at capgemini, alot of the uni work is outdated or irrelevant
Are there extra-curricular activities to get involved in at your work? (For example, any social activities, sports teams, or even professional networking events.)
4/5
Yes there are many communities, constant events, in-office days, kick-offs and such.
