Overview of Role
Please give an overview of your role and what this involves on a day-to-day basis.
effectively communicating developments and information internally to ABI staff members.
Work in collaboration with ABI colleagues, particularly in Events, Finance and Directorate Support to ensure accurate data is collated.
Engagement with broader stakeholders and members, supporting specific projects and
providing support on various work streams and programmes relating to membership.
Supporting the development of the member relations programmes (including the strategic partnerships, NEDs and Chairs Network and Future leaders), supporting delivery across ABI.
Support the Events Team with the efficient running of member events.
Contribute to the value proposition project through annual refresh, supporting delivery
across ABI.
Support the maintenance of the ABI member information and insight through updating the member profiles.
Contribute to the maintenance of the customer relationship management (CRM) software.

As a Member Relations Assistant, I work closely with the Events Team. With our flagship events, I have been given responsibilities during the event which has helped my understanding of how events run.
