Please give an overview of your role and what this involves on a day-to-day basis:

My role in the company is to provide IT desktop support to the employees of Capgemini at the Telford office. This means that I might have to repair broken laptops, reinstall corrupt software or replace machines altogether.
To what extent do you enjoy your programme?

I find the programme I am on very informative and I love learning new things all the time.
Skills Development
Have you learnt any new skills or developed existing skills?

Yes I have developed a lot of my skills to do with IT and improved my knowledge in all of these areas. I have also learned new things like how to provide support for Mac OS systems which I did not know before
Structure and Support
How well organised/structured is your programme?

I have not had any problems and the time I am given to complete my work is more than enough. I feel like it has been paced out perfectly and have no complaints.
How much support do you receive from your employer?

Whenever I have an issue I am able to talk to anybody for help
How much support do you receive from your training provider when working towards your qualifications?

I get lots of support and when I need help my assessor is always happy to reply to my emails and give me help when needed

Learning a lot about my job through the course had greatly improved my knowledge which I am able to apply to my day job all the time

There are plenty of activities that you can get involved in with the people I work with and I have taken part in some of these before and enjoyed them a lot
