The programme was challenging to complete alongside my normal workload but I did enjoy learning about something that I genuinely find interesting and have been able to implement in to my every day workload/tasks.

Why?
I've worked for the company for nearly 4 years now. I find my team supportive, I enjoy my role and I like how fast paced and driven the company is. It does have its challenges but thats what makes it interesting
What tips or advice would you give to others applying to Aldi?
Be patient with the recruitment process, in my opinion it is lengthily and I wouldn't want it to put anyone off applying.
