Within my role I have had the opportunity to assist with cost planning and modelling, and delivery information to clients on pre-contract projects. I am also involved with post-contract projects where I have assisted with assessing quotations and using contract management tools.

I have been able to develop a wide range of skills required for quantity surveying, including analytical thinking, attention to detail and of course maths!

Well organised, there is a clear structure and the university course is well managed. There is lots of support available.

UCEM are very supportive and helpful. Considering it is remote, there are lots of opportunities to get help if you need it!

The UCEM courses helps to provide the in-depth knowledge you can't necessarily pick-up in the role but is very helpful to know.
