Overview of Role
Please give an overview of your role and what this involves on a day-to-day basis:
I am soon to be transferred to my new role that will cover maintenance and support of Azure infrastructure across multiple client sites.
To what extent do you enjoy your programme?
The staff and fellow apprentices are really friendly and supportive, which helps me feel more comfortable and in the right place.
Skills Development
Have you learnt any new skills or developed existing skills?
I have also developed further teamwork skills and communication that assist in working with my own and other teams.
Structure and Support
How well organised/structured is your programme?
Outside of that, I have continued with my assigned courses and work that has developed my theoretical knowledge and all I need now is the in work experience to apply what I have learned.
How much support do you receive from your employer?
I can always go to them for assistance, clarification or just to chat about things without any fear of being ignored or pushed away.
How much support do you receive from your training provider when working towards your qualifications?
They are happy to provide guidance and re-arrange modules if I am currently not in a position to progress the work without being in the correct role.
How well do you feel that your qualification (through your training provider) helps you to perform better in your role?
Are there extra-curricular activities to get involved in at your work? (For example, any social activities, sports teams, or even professional networking events.)

The benefits packages you can get as part of being Capgemini are great and the company seem to treat their staff better than most companies I've worked for in the past, especially for their size.
