Please give an overview of your role and what this involves on a day-to-day basis:

My day to day role involves in daily meetings with my team to go through the teams task and talk about the projects we are currently doing. Some days may involved calls with other teams and clients. I pick up my own tasks and report to my team if i need support.
To what extent do you enjoy your programme?

I think my programme is great it allows me to grow in my role with endless opportunities , also have the support from the early and emgering talent team they have our back 100%

Have you learnt any new skills or developed existing skills?

I have learnt so many new things recently this week i have started a platform academy which is a 12 week bootcamp where i will learn new technology and have the opportunity to learn new things

We have recently moved from Aston to SHU and the structure is laid out really well and know what is needed from us.
How much support do you receive from your employer?

In the area i am in Sara has been a fantastic support and the E&ET is really supportive there if you need them

The training provider has give us some support towards my qualifications and are aware of the right path way if we need support
