I have learnt many skills and gained an insight of how a factory runs and implements processes such as LEAN.

How well organised/structured is your programme?

The programme is poorly organised. Recently there has been a bigger push towards the administration side so this should continue to improve. There is now more opportunities to jump around the business however it is currently poorly communicated.
How much support do you receive from your employer?

I feel that I could always reach out to my manager for any help work oriented or personal.
