Maintaining a shop and stocking shelves while providing excellent customer service and working with a team, high pressure environment which must always be worked in with a sense of urgency

2/5
I enjoyed the physical work more than the actual program due to me having to take pictures of things im already doing on a daily basis which i found to be inconvenient and rather embarrassing

3/5
I have learned great customer service skills as well as a lot more about policies and legislation which help me understand the rights and wrongs and dos and donts of my job

How well organised/structured is your programme?
3/5
It was well structured but there was a scare with the lifetime training group exiting scotland which made things more complicated overall

So much support, I am very grateful that they are willing to teach and reteach me many of the things im unsure about and their patience with me has made it far easier to work along side them and be honest
How much support do you receive from your training provider when working towards your qualifications?
5/5
Whenever requested I would recieve support and whenever put under pressure of a deadline Jareena my assessor would be happy to help me out.
How well do you feel that your qualification (through your training provider) helps you to perform better in your role?
1/5
Not very, I think my training and experience in store has helped me far more than the programme ever could have.
Are there extra-curricular activities to get involved in at your work? (For example, any social activities, sports teams, or even professional networking events.)
4/5
There are at times work night outs which are fun social events, and the golf day out which is an annual event that all members of staff in the region can attend
