Love it. Colleagues are great, lots of experts to help me. Plenty of opportunity to learn and develop

Very well. 3 year degree apprenticeship, giving plenty of time for my university studies and then to learn on the job through my apprenticeship

Lots. Always actively giving me constructive feedback. Lots of opportunities to develop my skills further

Lots again. Always trying to push me to gain new certifications to become certified in my specific area to be successful

It’s very well suited, so what I do on my qualification directly links to my apprenticeship to help me be successful in both

Yeah lots of opportunities, have rugby teams to get involved with. Lots of informal meetings with teams - going out for lunch, completing activities both in and out of office
