In my role I will monitor queues of incidents and tasks that need to be actioned for a user and these issues can vary between account amendments and system fixes.
To what extent do you enjoy your programme?

So far their has been a little bit of confusion but I feel things are beginning to make sense and we are getting back on track.

Have you learnt any new skills or developed existing skills?

I am still being merged into my new role but I have learned more about the system I have used before and we will be using for the for seeable future.

The program appears to be straight forward and well organise . I’m yet to have any real difficulties.

I have received great support from my employer. I have been given the space for focusing on my course work and I always have someone to contact for support.

I believe I have had a good amount of support and I am yet to have any serious problems.

As I have just started the course, I haven’t seen too much impact but it has sharped up what I know on what I have done so far.

I haven’t seen anything standing out in regard to the question but I know there is many additionally training course to learn other things you maybe interested in.

What tips or advice would you give to others applying to Capgemini?
Capgemini is a IT Business but you don’t need to be an expert in IT to apply and you can look into moving up in the company and building on various types of knowledge.
