Through the course, I have developed my self awareness and have learnt different methods and tools. I also developed and improved my presentation skills.

Structure and Support

How well organised/structured is your programme?

It wasn't well structured at the beginning and I was left confused as to what I needed to do, where I considered leaving the course. This improved since I got another tutor and I felt more positive and clear on what I needed to achieve

I received a good amount of support from my line manager
How much support do you receive from your training provider when working towards your qualifications?

I received good support from my training provider and he made it very clear on what I needed to complete for the EPA
How well do you feel that your qualification (through your training provider) helps you to perform better in your role?

It has made me more aware for certain topics such as time management, delegation, being aware of my leadership styles. I can also use what I have learnt to coach and mentor others.
