My role involves working with oracle software and databases. I gain certificates while learning about different aspects of oracle infrastructure and client needs.

I thoroughly enjoy my apprenticeship program. It is extremely rewarding and I am always supported both with my university work and client work

Sheffield Hallam provides routine reviews that ensure apprentices are on track and their employers know what they should be doing. Sheffield Hallam provide lots of information and help to ensure their students achieve the grades and qualifications they desire
How well do you feel that your qualification (through your training provider) helps you to perform better in your role?

I believe that the university course is relevant to the work i do daily and the KSBs directly relate to the course and roles of the apprentices

Capgemini are always planning and hosting events for the Early and Emerging Talent community. There are also monthly events in the offices to bring all employees together and network.
