My Role involves the following:
Managing monthly and quarterly reports for our TV and DA divisions
Answering Adhoc insights requests from divisons
Creating surveys and analysing data
Managing CRM / digital marketing for our flagship programmes
Events management for our flagship programmes
Leading on volunteering programmes
Studying one day a week

To what extent do you enjoy your programme?

I thoroughly enjoy my apprenticeship programme at Samsung, It's the best decision I made and have been given the best opportunites.
However, I don't think London South Bank University provides good support to their students and I don't think their management or teaching is to a good standard at all.
The 8 starts are purely for Samsung

Samsung have supported me every step of the way from induction all the way to putting me forward for apprentice of the year! I am very appreciate for the support from Stacey - Runs the apprenticeship programme and Loretta my line manager
How much support do you receive from your training provider when working towards your qualifications?

I don't receive a lot of support from my training provider and if I do it's very last minute and brief
