Overview of Role
Please give an overview of your role and what this involves on a day-to-day basis:

My day-to-day changes everyday as I go on every department, I will learn different things each time. Depending on the department I go on depends on the role I do. I have organised the driver a the window when they are dropping there load off, some days I help out with admin for the section leaders/ deputies.
To what extent do you enjoy your programme?

I am really enjoying this programme as I have learnt so many new things and the management is very helpful through this experience.
Skills Development
Have you learnt any new skills or developed existing skills?

I have learnt how to deal with customers with a better manner, I have also learnt how the different department run the shift and have control of the staff. I know how to deal with a accident with the truck for example if a staff member crashes into the racking, they must report it to type management, get breathalysed and made to do an accident report sheet.

If applying for the normal job not an apprentice go though Aldi not the agency, also if your struggling go and ask for help as they will help you
