Overview of Role
Please give an overview of your role and what this involves on a day-to-day basis:
We manufacture superconductive magnets for MRI systems. My daily tasks include qualified assembly operations following specific work instructions and processes. Diligence, precision and good organisation are crucial qualities in my role. Majority of time I work independently; however, team work and collaboration between all the cells and departments are necessary to accomplish our targets.

Why?
Transparent structure, targets and productivity bonuses. Useful trainings (HPS courses, MT Academy, apprenticeships).
Moreover, the work itself is meaningful; by being a part of manufacturing team of MRI scanners I feel like I make a difference.
