Employees from various departments provided insight on their departments' objectives and how they work towards achieving their objectives. Successful past interns discussed their experiences and how they stood out during their internships.
I did practical exercises and fun activities on the Bloomberg Terminal.

What was it like understanding all about the business and potential roles available?

I was certified at Financial Market Concepts and familiarised myself with the Bloomberg Terminal by using over 100 of its functions.
I developed existing skills by practising impromptu speaking and prepared presentation speaking.
I extended existing skills on teamwork and project management by executing a project.

Company Culture
How would you rate business leader involvement during the insight
What was the company culture and general atmosphere like?
The Bloomberg team provided tireless support on technical and knowledge level to all participants. They were available to provide advice and guidance at first call, making all participants feel welcome and included. Inclusiveness was particularly felt when technology failed a few of us. Nobody was left out or behind. All in all a very satisfying experience.
