No longer on the programme but enjoyed it a lot during the time

Many! As above

Structure and Support

How well organised/structured is your programme?
5/5
Organisation of the programme gets better year on year
How much support do you receive from your employer?
5/5
Lots of support through 1:1 career development/ coaching, optional training, SME input into day to day work. Everyone is willing to help. Central teams such as HR, Resourcing are also supportive and helpful
How much support do you receive from your training provider when working towards your qualifications?
5/5
Training provider has changed since I was on the apprenticeship programme, however I am aware that the support with the current provider is extensive - drop in sessions, online learning tools, regular classroom sessions and 1:1s with a learning coach
How well do you feel that your qualification (through your training provider) helps you to perform better in your role?
5/5
Provides the basic business/accounting knowledge, skills and behaviours required for a career in mgmt consulting
Are there extra-curricular activities to get involved in at your work? (For example, any social activities, sports teams, or even professional networking events.)
5/5
There are many sports teams, charity networks and religious networks. The early years team plan socials, volunteers and away days for you whilst you are on the apprenticeship and there is an opportunity to get involved in the planning and organisation of them if you find that interesting. When you complete the early years programmes, our competency based 'home' teams create a positive, supportive and fun community that fosters continuous learning and development
