Only helped me a little bit. I thought it would benefit me a lot more than it has if I'm being honest. You need to do the work in order to be good at it. The theory has rarely helped. Only when understanding concepts it helps

For a person trying to get a professional qualification with on the job experience it's good.
There is flexible working hours which is good.
Although, it seems like you are expected to know prior knowledge in order to excel.
