It is very organised. We are made aware of the set up of how the apprenticeship is run, and the topics wed be learning about.

a lot. If I needed help I know I can talk to many people around the factory if I needed help with anything

A lot. I get help whenever I need it, We also get time to do assignments when we need it.

The training provided helps me laminate better. Without the training I would be lost with how to make composite parts
