To what extent do you enjoy your programme?

I enjoy speaking to the people I work with and the like-mindedness of the group. I enjoy the job and the sense of accomplishment from completing a task, and also the diversity.

Structure and Support
How well organised/structured is your programme?

It is well organised, sometimes we have no work to do and we get moved around into a range of different rooms but overall it is organised well.
How much support do you receive from your employer?

A lot of support, especially from our manager and course leaders
How much support do you receive from your training provider when working towards your qualifications?

Lots of time is given to us towards learning. Lots of other firms don't allow coursework to be done during working hours, but we are allowed to.
How well do you feel that your qualification (through your training provider) helps you to perform better in your role?

I believe it gives us good experience being in the job role whilst learning, which in my opinion is better than doing a university or college course as we get both on the job and off the job training.
Are there extra-curricular activities to get involved in at your work? (For example, any social activities, sports teams, or even professional networking events.)

We made the bodywork and tweaked the electrics and internals of a greenpower F24+ car and get to race it on weekends.
