As a finance and digitalisation apprentice, I support multiple departments in finance whilst studying for my accounting qualifications and assist in building automation projects to drive efficiency in our reporting and analysis
To what extent do you enjoy your programme?

So far, I've really enjoyed the programme and working with so many amazing colleagues

Have you learnt any new skills or developed existing skills?

Yes, I've learnt how to use several low-code software platforms such as KNIME Analytics and Power BI. I've also received mentorship and guidance throughout to improve finance specific skills such as profession scepticism.

Structure and Support

How well organised/structured is your programme?

The programme is fairly new, so it felt less organised at its conception, but now I believe it has a lot more structure.
How much support do you receive from your employer?

I've received a huge amount of support from my line manager in particular whenever I need help or guidance.
How much support do you receive from your training provider when working towards your qualifications?

So far, it has helped me understand some key accounting concepts and the why's behind my daily tasks.

Yes, there are many of these including charity events/sports team, book clubs and annual team building days.
