My programme i feel is very organised and i know when my work needs to be completed and i have monthly meetings with my assesor which are very helpful

I receive a lot of support within my apprenticeship from the company , my apprentice assesor and my store manager and other staff

I feel my training has really benefitted my job role as i can learn in depth about policies and tasks and feel more confident when doing so

As we are part of a shopping centre there are always events for the staff to be involved in such as bowling ,quiz nights and pub nights
