Team leader who oversees the running of a retail store and it's team, working on shop floor and with back office tasks such as cash handling
To what extent do you enjoy your programme?

I enjoy meeting with my assessor and looking at the progress that I am making within the company as well as an individual. There's so much to learn all the time

Have you learnt any new skills or developed existing skills?

The apprenticeship has helped with my confidence and I am able to complete several tasks of various difficulties through the course of a shift on a weekly basis

My course is very well structured, my assessor is great at making sure I know what I'm doing as when as well as supporting me through every step of the way

My store have been excellent at supporting me despite several changes to management throughout.

Stuart has been an amazing help with my qualifications, responding promptly to any concerns I have throughout and making sure to take me through anything I'm struggling with when we meet

I feel that meeting and discussing my progress gives me more confidence in performing my role within my stores and I always take away something new I didn't know before
