Please give an overview of your role and what this involves on a day-to-day basis:

on a day to day basis i will arrive at the shop and begin to set up the shop and make sure it looks tidy before we open. once open throughout the day i will serve customers or do jobs such as zero to zero.
To what extent do you enjoy your programme?

i enjoy my programme dearly as i get to work in an environment that i love.

Have you learnt any new skills or developed existing skills?

one skill i have learnt is being able to do more than one job at once and not loose track of what i was originally doing and one skill i have developed is time keeping as this role requires me to arrive on time and get things done on time.

very well structured i always feel on track and i have never once felt lost because everyone on the team is always offering to help.
How much support do you receive from your employer?

my employer is always offering me help, making sure i know what i’m doing and never has an issue explaining things more than once if i don’t understand.
How much support do you receive from your training provider when working towards your qualifications?

lots of support as i always manage to get my work done at a level where i understand it.

because i feel like i have a role to live up to and it drives me to succeed.
