Working within the tooling team to maintain and create in-house tools. Also, working to increase efficiency and money saving through the tools. Interacting with teams all across software and external.
To what extent do you enjoy your programme?

I enjoy it. MBDA are very supportive but the uni less so

Learnt everything about software, and a lot about development methods, software tooling, and software security

How well organised/structured is your programme?

Reasonable. Did have an intense semester in final year, as well as no summer for 3 years of 4, unlike other apprenticeship programmes at MBDA, Also finish 6 months later than others
How much support do you receive from your employer?

A lot. They support with anything and everything they can
How much support do you receive from your training provider when working towards your qualifications?

They are supportive in some aspects, but feedback is limited and lecturers are grossly inconsistent
How well do you feel that your qualification (through your training provider) helps you to perform better in your role?

It does help, but most of my learning has come from practical experience
Are there extra-curricular activities to get involved in at your work? (For example, any social activities, sports teams, or even professional networking events.)

Lots of extra events to get involved with, as well as 'society' type groups as well as sports and social activities. Networking is encouraged as is STEM volunteering

Great company, becoming more competitive pay wise, very supportive, on an upward trajectory, everyone is super helpful
