Please give an overview of your role and what this involves on a day-to-day basis:

I get to change placements every 3 months, which allows me to look at different areas of the company. From the drawing office, to the manufacturing line. My everyday often involves doing tasks assigned to me by my current placement, responding to emails, and writing documents usually.
To what extent do you enjoy your programme?

I enjoy the work side of my apprenticeship alot, but the University side of things can be very draining.
Skills Development
Have you learnt any new skills or developed existing skills?

I have developed an endless amount of skills, and have had a tonne of specific training sessions. They are very keen to have us learn.
Structure and Support
How well organised/structured is your programme?

The structure can be a little messy, especially with my apprenticeship which is still fairly new. But they are constantly improving and making things better.
How much support do you receive from your employer?

As much support as I need/ask for.
How much support do you receive from your training provider when working towards your qualifications?

University doesn't provide me with a lot of support. I have to fight for it if i want it.
How well do you feel that your qualification (through your training provider) helps you to perform better in your role?
