The programme is really well structured and the management has been very welcoming and helpful if at any points the course has felt overwhelming

Siemens are always there to help with providing assistance to the apprentices and guide us professionally and in college.
How much support do you receive from your training provider when working towards your qualifications?

Siemens are massively helpful with completing the course. They and Stegta always provide regular meetings and checkups.
How well do you feel that your qualification (through your training provider) helps you to perform better in your role?

The college courses and other qualifications are really relevant to the job role and as I progress in them I feel my understanding of the job role increase greatly.

As Siemens is such a large multinational company there is loads of extracurricular activity happening all the time.
