Identify and lead on business improvement opportunities relating to the use of Associates.
Ensure vocational qualification standards, including regulatory, assessment and quality aspects are considered alongside operational parameters.
Maintain a strategic overview of internal assessment activities relating to certification blocks and special considerations.
