I enjoy the program a lot, however with Whitbreads sale of restaurants I'm not sure I will be able to continue

It's very well structured, the only thing I believe it could benefit from is more exams assessments throughout instead of at the end

I am learning new skills however in Whitbread there isn't much space to put things into practice as most practices are very structured

Why?
Whitbread is a great company for hotel staff not so much for the restaurants. I have worked with them for over 7 years and I know how everyone is understaffed and struggling
