A lot of support from my manager, he is very understanding. However it can be a lottery, as some other managers are a lot stricter.

Very disjointed and unorganised university, would expect better from the University of Warwick.
How well do you feel that your qualification (through your training provider) helps you to perform better in your role?

Some of my modules are quite relevant, although not all of them are. Too many 'soft skills' and 'business' nonsense modules.
