I love it, never dreaded coming in on a monday, lovely people, and a great headstart in a career in the financial services industry.

Have you learnt any new skills or developed existing skills?

Plenty, I have learnt so much general finance knowledge, along with general accounting, still also learning many skills on the microsoft 365 package, also learning vital networking skills and other crucial working skills for a career in finance.

Very well structured, especially for us being the pilot group of apprentices for BlackRock.
How much support do you receive from your employer?

loads of support, from networks, new friends made at BLK, and my team and teams around.

Plenty, the training provider always respond and give advice when needed.

Learning curve can be intimidating, stick in with it, take plenty notes, revise regularly, AND ENJOY WEEKENDS! (crucial rest time)
