I manage shared mailboxes, file accessible documents, social media management through our teams webpages and managing teams database.
To what extent do you enjoy your programme?

I really enjoy it, was the best decision I made applying for an apprenticeship.

I have learnt loads of new skills, for example being able to produce reports through collected data.

Having regular contact with my tutor helps me keep track on my progress and designated time to ask any questions I may have relating to my assignments.

My employer have been amazing, offering time to talk through any questions I may have with my work and allowing me extra time if needed to catch up with work assignments.

Plenty of support, my tutor goes above and beyond in supporting me and reassures me that no question is to big or to small to ask.

Put yourself out there more, sign up for any training/network events and don't be afraid to ask questions about what DCC can offer you.
