Would you recommend Sage (UK) Ltd to a friend?

Why?
There's lack of consistency in terms of how apprentices are viewed and treated within Sage, and unless you're lucky enough to be paired with someone who has experience with apprentices - it can be a headache trying to get appropriate work allocated for the duration of your course. There are also frequent structural changes, and from personal experience I have had 12 managers in the 4 years I have worked for Sage, which has been helpful for engaging with new people - but not so much for supporting my career progression.
What tips or advice would you give to others applying to Sage (UK) Ltd?
Know what you want, come in with your own career plan outlined and make sure you stick to it and follow your instinct.
