Please give an overview of your role and what this involves on a day-to-day basis.
My day to Day tasks are below
• Raising POs on SAP.
• Setting up crucial screenings on online secure viewing platforms.
• Fulfilling festival screening requests and ensuring content protection measures are in place.
• Updating trackers.
• Creating a campaign for new titles.
• Setting up new vendors & customers.
• Raising invoice requests.
• Approving invoices.
• Supporting internal-external contacts with any screening issues.
• Using smartsheet to track delivery dates of titles or production numbers etc.
• Knowledge of Aspera.
