I have to take orders for both food and drink. I also make some of the drinks, as well as take both to the costomer. I also deal with money, making sure the place is clean and making sure costomers are looked after.
To what extent do you enjoy your programme?

I'll be able to get progress, to work my way into the management rolls but I'll also be able to improve my Maths and English.

It's very easy to keep on top of things, with it going by month and it showing you when you fall behind on things.

Whenever I need support with the apprenticeship or work, I get good advice and can explain things, that I can will understand.

A lot, my training provider helps me to understand things, she makes doing the stuff not scary and that she'll be able to help, no matter my problem.
How well do you feel that your qualification (through your training provider) helps you to perform better in your role?

Really well, its going to allow me to improve myself, give me something to focus on and to show that, I can be better and make up for times when I failed.

I can get into the site's Facebook, fine ways to get people to find out about us and or, come up with ideas to host at the site e.g karaoke, quiz, live music.

Why?
It's a very inclusive company, it's supportive of the LGBTQ Community, it others ways to improve yourself in and out of work. It has good pay, discounts on Premier hotels and has lots of different areas of hospitality, that you can get a lot of experience.
What tips or advice would you give to others applying to Whitbread plc?
Working with a company as big as Whitbread, you'll be able to move around and be able to work in the company, but also means you can move about and have options.
