Please give an overview of your role and what this involves on a day-to-day basis:

I am a Restaurant Manager, I help and answer to the General Manager. I am line manager to our front of house team, we are a pub restaurant and have numerous guest from the hotel and local community. I serve guest take orders, run food and make drinks, while ensuring we stay compliant, safe and legal. Giving our guests the best experience with us is my main focus.
To what extent do you enjoy your programme?

I have really enjoyed it, it has helped me understand my role more and my tutor has been extremely supportive and helpful

It was very organised and structured, learning and support groups each month, to interact with other learners within our company so we can help support one another for the same cause
