Overview of Role

Please give an overview of your role and what this involves on a day-to-day basis.

BAU tasks include: Interview booking, managing the inbox and approving Framework Lite extensions. I have also been heavily involved in a few projects such as: a new undergraduate video, familiarisation event and the main one being the undergraduate recruitment for 2022 cohort

Were you given much responsibility during your placement / internship?

Yes I was given full responsibility of all the projects i have previously mentioned. As well as making decisions with the RMP advertising campaign.

I have developed my written and verbal communication, organisation and people management. I am also more confident with using Excel now due to the course that i attended as part of the scheme.

I have received a wealth a support from my line manager, immediate team, as well as the wider HR Team. I honestly cannot praise the team enough on the guidance i have received from this placement.

Company Culture

What was the company culture and general atmosphere like?

I think this is one of the major factors as to why I enjoy my job. The company culture here is like no other and it has definitely taught me that this is the type of company culture i want to be a part of/work for in for my career in the future.
