- Manage & oversee the documentation of projects for governance purposes.
- Create reports & tools within PowerBI and Excel.
- Process invoices and Purchase Orders in SAP.
- Present in regional meetings for LatAm, EMEA and APAC.
- Work towards creating new dashboards for the automation of manual tasks or producing metrics.
- Project Manage smaller projects including the tracking of key milestones, progression and deliver the project in the agreed timeline.
- Manage incoming project requests.

I was given a fair amount given the context of my role, it was made clear that the placement was on in which I could control the amount of responsibility or workload I would take on and so overtime I have increasingly taken on a variety of tasks & responsibilities.

I was provided with a lot of support and guidance, there was not a point in which I felt I did not have a point of contact for advice or guidance. The teams around me were very kind and helpful which made the learning process much more manageable and enjoyable.

Brilliant, the culture was one of support and growth. I felt as though it was a very friendly environment, being new and having joined in a WFH environment made this a little tougher but it was still very evident the culture was a greatly positive one.

I thoroughly enjoyed my placement and would heavily encourage anyone searching for an internship within an Operations team to apply. I have openly discussed my desire to return to NBCUniversal to which all have been very encouraging. My team was great and very friendly both when WFH and in the office, the culture was inclusive and not at all uncomfortable as a new starter.
