It is ok. Off the job hours was not clear and took a long time to get to the point where I could take time off to study. Moving around in different departments could have been better.

Support has increased recently but again off the job was not handled correctly. It was not made clear by the tuituion provider. I was put onto "on demand" and studied in my own time as the tuition provider phrased off the job as any training done at work so not necessarily study days. The ofsted review of the tuition provider helped me a lot on this topic.
How much support do you receive from your training provider when working towards your qualifications?

My employeer wants me to succeed however they also like to overload on business topics. In my opinion graduates were relied on too heavily when I should have been given space to study more.
How well do you feel that your qualification (through your training provider) helps you to perform better in your role?

100%. Learning the rules around IFRS15 was fundamental to the application of my financial month end tasks. Understanding and studying the language is very important.

However, there are some good events like the Christmas party and some team days that do make up in part for this. The people are very good personally but the organisation is too lean and the people get overworked.
